Welcome to The Filibuster. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website. This site is operated by Hard Corner Below LLC, doing business as The Filibuster, 102 W. Jefferson St., Tallahassee, FL 32301. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who may use this site

This website is intended for adults. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older, and membership in The Filibuster requires you to be 21 or older. Nothing on this site is an offer to serve alcohol to anyone under 21.

Reservations and membership

Table reservations are made through Resy, an independent third-party platform, and are subject to Resy’s own terms. Reservations are requests, not guarantees; we may need to change or cancel a booking, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we do. Membership, dues, house rules and any member benefits are governed by our separate membership rules and regulations, which control if they conflict with these Terms.

Menus, hours and pricing

Menus, hours, events and prices shown on this site are for general information and may change without notice. We work to keep this information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service, and to ask any guest to leave, consistent with applicable law and Florida responsible-service requirements — including where a guest cannot verify age, appears intoxicated, or behaves in a way that is unsafe or disruptive to others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to submit false, abusive or infringing content through our forms.

Content you submit

If you send us a message, review, photograph or other content through this site, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with operating and promoting The Filibuster. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The name The Filibuster, our logo, and the text, photography, design and other material on this site are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or use our material commercially without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third parties including Resy, Constant Contact, Instagram and Facebook. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Food allergies and dietary information

Menu descriptions on this site are general. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell a member of our staff in person before ordering. We prepare food in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here is the current one, and the “Last updated” date shows when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.
